American cookie brand Oreo are releasing a series of animated shorts on Instagram for Halloween. With interest and interaction with Instagram on the up, this is a very smart move. The shorts involve Oreos being made into new, creepy creations by the addition of classic Halloween candy at the Oreo Laboratorium.

Releasing very short animations in a themed series on a medium like Instagram is great marketing. The fact that the animations are super creative means this campaign is likely to get a lot of traction.
